Yoga Nidra is a fully guided meditation practise which may include breath awareness, guided visualisation, and body scan.
Yoga Nidra is a wonderful way to unwind physically and mentally, helping us to achieve a deep, restful state. It encourages our body to let go of tension while our mind stays focused. It can feel like a re-set button for our nervous system.
