For anyone feeling overstimulated, pulled in all directions, or simply craving space to exhale—The Quiet Within offers an opportunity to reconnect with rest as a practice.
In this two-hour immersive workshop, Jess will guide you through a powerful blend of Yoga Nidra, a somatic body reset, and deeply supportive rest rituals designed to soothe the nervous system and support deep rest.
We begin with a somatic reset—a gentle floor-based sequence that helps release stored tension from the body and shift from doing to being. From there, we move into a carefully guided Yoga Nidra journey, where you’ll rest in stillness while being led through body sensing, breath awareness, and visualisation techniques.
Yoga Nidra is known for its ability to bring about profound calm, emotional clarity, and deep states of rest. You’ll leave feeling grounded, restored, and more connected to your inner quiet.
