Lengthening Inhalation
During this video we will guide you to begin by noticing and paying attention to your breath as it is. Following this, an invitation to gently even out the inhale and exhale. Finally, a further option to extend your inhalation, relative to your exhalation, should this feel right In your body.
*Always listen to your body first. If the practise does not feel right for you today, let it go and perhaps simply return to notice your breath as it is , without needing to change it for a few minutes instead.
